Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles with Chlorella sp.

چکیده

This work shows the results of biosynthesis silver nanoparticles using microalga Chlorella sp, growth media with different concentrations glycerol, between 5%–20%, and light temperature conditions. The synthesis was studied supernatants pellets from autotrophic, heterotrophic mixotrophic cultures microalga. presence verified by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy samples showing highest concentration were characterized scanning electron microscopy. conditions favored excretion exopolymers that enhanced reduction thus formation nanoparticles. obtained presented predominantly ellipsoidal shape dimensions 108 nm x 156 87 123 for reductions carried out 5% 10% respectively.
